The Pearl Package

Essential Styling Experience

For clients who want a beautiful, professionally styled event with essential décor elements.

Starting at $600 (for venues up to 2,000 sq ft; additional $125 per 500 sq ft)

Includes:

Basic tables & chairs styling consultation
Premium black or white table linens
Elegant glass vase centerpieces with white floral accents
Standard décor setup & teardown support (1 hour each)
On-site styling attendant during setup

Venue, food & beverages, entertainment

The Grace Collection

Enhanced Styling Experience

For clients who want a cohesive design that reflects their vision without managing details themselves.

Starting at $1,500 (for venues up to 3,000 sq ft; additional $200 per 500 sq ft)

Includes everything in The Pearl Package, plus:

Access to preferred professional decorators
Full design consultation & customized event styling
Specialty décor inventory & theme elements (based on vendor selection)
Day-of styling coordination

The Signature Experience

Full-Service Styling + Catering Coordination

For clients desiring a seamless event with décor, catering, and overall flow professionally managed.

Starting at $2,800 (for venues up to 4,000 sq ft; additional $300 per 500 sq ft)

Includes everything in The Grace Collection, plus:

Preferred catering partners consultation & menu planning
Setup & breakdown of décor and dining areas
Coordination of buffet, plated service, or hors d’oeuvres

Pricing varies by guest count, catering selections, and special requests

Typical client investment: $2,800 – $6,000+

The Gold Promise Experience

Luxury All-Inclusive Styling

Our most exclusive package for high-impact, memorable events.

Starting at $5,000 (for venues up to 5,000 sq ft; additional $400 per 500 sq ft)

Includes everything in The Signature Experience, plus:

Professional DJ/entertainment services
Photographer coordination (client-provided or contracted)
Luxury seating options (Chiavari chairs, specialty furniture)
Specialty lighting & effects (up-lighting, ambient lighting, fog/smoke machines)
Premium tablescape enhancements
Full event coordination & timeline management
Dedicated styling lead during setup, event, and breakdown

Pricing Notes:

Typical investment ranges $5,500 – $12,000+, fully customizable based on vision, venue size, and special effects requested

Booking Details

50% retainer required to secure your event date
Remaining balance due 14 days prior to event
